I've been talking about doing this for months and it's finally here! This is the first "newsletter" for lead timers and will be sent from articles created on the GSRS website. The intent is to share ideas, procedures and troubleshooting tips so that we can all be more successful (and less stressed!) at the races we time.
I'm hoping that I won't be the only one to contribute ideas for this. If you are at a race and experience an issue that you had a hard time resolving, or perhaps something odd occurred that you had to solve, please share that information with the rest of us. For now just shoot me an email and I'll incorporate it into the next newsletter.
There will be no set schedule on how often these will go out. It all depends on what there is to say. Soon I'll send out a long one with all kinds of things that I've been saving up.
There is also a link where you will be able to go to view older newsletters in case you need to check back on something you remember seeing. It's on the Staff menu of the GSRS website. As always, you have to be logged in to the site to view the Staff menu. A link to this will also appear in each "issue" of the newsletter.
